At Clsyd, we value every customer. Our first priority is to ensure that the goods are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Normally, you will receive your order within 10-20 business days.




Processing/delivery time:


- Processing time before delivery :2-5 business days, depending on the number of items ordered


- Standard shipping time :7-15 working days




Once the order has been authorized and verified, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check that the email address you left with us is correct or check your spam.


Once the payment has been verified, the order cannot be cancelled or changed during this time. However, we will do our best to support your request.


Process:


It usually takes 2-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included.


We take longer to process pre-ordered items, and usually, we will indicate it in the variant options.


If the item is ready within 24 hours of your order, we can ship it within a day.


Transportation:


It takes approximately 7 to 15 working days for the goods to reach the destination country.


Once your order has been shipped, an email notification with an international electronic package tracking number will be sent to you.


Please note: Total lead time = Processing time + shipping time


Delivery:

Transport delay:


Shipping times are estimated and start from the shipping date, not the order date. Delivery may take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance or other reasons.


If the package does not arrive in time, please submit your ticket within 6 months of shipment and our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that expired requests may not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
