What is the return and exchange policy?


Returned products must be in good condition, good as new, unused, unworn, and unwashed. Otherwise, the return may be rejected.

Return shipping will be at your own cost.

We do not accept "return" packages or products unless we receive prior notice and agree to return/refund/exchange.


Please do not send the package to the shipping address on the label, but to the address specified on the return policy or the address our customer service representative will give you.


We do not accept any returns that are not requested by customer service. If you wish to return a product, please contact customer service and return it to the address provided by the representative.

When submitting an email requesting a return/refund, a customer service representative will communicate with you promptly. Pay attention to the response. (usually delivered within one to two working days).

We will refund the money within 5 working days after receiving the package.




How do I exchange money?

Cancel the policy

Ready projects cannot be canceled or stopped.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled

We cannot offer an exchange or refund regarding receipt of the item (s) delivered to the shipping address you provided.





Refund policy


Once we receive your return package, it will be processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we will email you to let you know that this has been refunded. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. It usually takes 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer.


If there are no quality-related issues, but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it within 14 business days of receiving your order, and the refund will be at the discretion of Rose Label. We will refund the price of the item to you after receiving your package and checking it. You shall be responsible for all the freight incurred.
